We operate the website evergreensports.in and the Sports OS platform.

We are committed to protecting the personal data you share with us and to complying with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) as applicable.

  • Usage data — server logs, IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically for security and service improvement.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently received such data, please contact us immediately.

3. How we use your data

  • Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
  • Process court, coaching, and event bookings.
  • Operate and improve the Sports OS platform.
  • Send booking confirmations, reminders, and service notifications (via email or WhatsApp, where you have opted in).
  • Calculate and credit loyalty points and rewards.
  • Comply with our legal obligations and resolve disputes.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human review.
